Angus has been actively involved in the Real Estate industry and has been Secretary for the Kalgoorlie branch of the Real Estate Institute of WA and continues to advise to REIWA on a regular basis.

We knew that when we bought our home on the then moderately busy Marmion Street Booragoon back in 1988 that come the time came to sell and move on we would face a difficult task. The street was subsequently upgraded to a four lane major road which only added to our dilemma.
However, fortunately when the time to sell our house in early 2007 we were referred by a friend to Angus Moffat of AMG Real Estate.
AMG quickly had our house listed on the internet with stunning pictures reflecting the four bed-rooms, study and the pool area. Coupled with this was a huge sign out the front of the property with accompanying pictures highlighting the property's major selling points.
The net result was that our self tagged 'difficult to sell' house was sold in four weeks at a price that was genuinely at the top of the market.
