Angus Moffat hails from Kalgoorlie and specialized in Residential & Industrial sales and undertook sub-divisional work for both the private and government sectors.

Angus has been actively involved in the Real Estate industry and has been Secretary for the Kalgoorlie branch of the Real Estate Institute of WA and continues to advise REIWA on a regular basis.

Angus was very active within the Kalgoorlie community, holding positions as President of the Kalgoorlie Country Club and executive positions within several other community groups.

Angus moved to Perth nearly eight years ago with wife Vicki, and his young family.

When he relocated to Perth he managed, one of West Australia's more Avant Guard agencies, cutting his teeth on several high profile projects in the Metro and South West areas, before deciding to go out on his own.

Angus said that he has always liked to work on projects other people found difficult.

We knew that when we bought our home on the then moderately busy Marmion Street Booragoon back in 1988 that come the time came to sell and move on we would face a difficult task. The street was subsequently upgraded to a four lane major road which only added to our dilemma. However, fortunately when the time to sell our house in early 2007 we were referred by a friend to Angus Moffat of AMG Real Estate. AMG quickly had our house listed on the internet with stunning pictures reflecting the four bed-rooms, study and the pool area. Grace Riley

Grace is the newest member to join the AMG Real Estate Team and has taken on the busy role of Receptionist and Sales Administrator. With a background in Personal training, hospitality, and winery work Grace brings a high level of customer service and a “can do” attitude. Always ready with a smile, Grace is responsible for the smooth running of our sales to settlement procedures along with the general receptionist duties that come her way daily in a busy real estate office including looking after our after sales procedures and liaising with Settlement agents, owners banks and our dynamic sales team.
